Fall 2025 Capstones
At Vertical Immersive, our first-year students have launched into their capstone projects with incredible passion and purpose. These aren’t just classroom exercises, they’re real-world opportunities to serve Kingdom-minded organizations, putting faith into action through creativity, media, and design. Three teams are already hard at work, and they’ve shared their own reflections below about what God is doing through their projects. Get ready to be inspired!
Wisdom Builders
Hi everyone! In our class, we are doing a super big project called a capstone. That means we have to make something really cool to show what we learned. Our project is about helping a real business called Wisdom Builders. It’s a school where they help homeschool kids and teens learn and grow, even with their faith.
For our capstone, we are making a video for Wisdom Builders. We get to film and edit the video to make it look amazing. We want to show everyone how great Wisdom Builders is and how they help kids and teens learn. It’s fun because I love filming.
We are learning teamwork, patience, and how to be creative. We are also learning how to plan things and not wait until the last second. Filming can take a long time and sometimes things go wrong, but that’s okay because we fix it and keep going. We are learning how to talk to people in interviews and ask good questions too.
This project is important because it shows that we can do big things, not just little homework stuff. It shows we can work like grown-ups and make something that actually helps people. We’re excited to show everyone our video!

Soundpointe
Soundpointe is a Christian music academy dedicated to helping students grow in both skill and spirit. The academy offers lessons in a variety of instruments and vocal training, providing a supportive environment where students can develop their musical abilities while strengthening their faith.
To enhance its reach and presence, Vertical Immersive students are working with Soundpointe to create a new professional website that highlights the organization's values, programs, and registration options. Vertical Immersive students will also design a new logo, design other collateral, and produce a short video to showcase Soundpointe’s mission and community.

The Vertical Life
The Vertical Life is an ecosystem of Kingdom minded organizations, that offers pathways for Kingdom building, encouraging people to integrate their faith and business. Our Capstone is to communicate what the Vertical Life is and how people can engage with it. The student team is putting together a website to help The Vertical Life point to the pathways they have available for people to engage with. The website will provide information about The Vertical Life, its values, and its mission in the business world.

These students are living proof that when we step out in faith and use our gifts for God’s glory, He multiplies the impact in ways we never expected. More to come! We can’t wait to show you the finished projects and keep sharing how God is using these students to build His Kingdom through media, creativity, and their God-given talents. You won’t want to miss what’s coming next!
