Fellowship and Adventure
Each week at Vertical Immersive offers students the chance to grow together and learn from each other, while building friendships based on fellowship in Christ.
In our Leadership Development series, students explore key values and competencies together, such as self-awareness, communication, conflict management, innovation, and perseverance.
Students go on field trips to local non-profits and businesses to get a first-hand look at a variety of career paths and the skills required.
Vertical Immersive also organizes group social outings and movie nights, and students are encouraged to organize their own group events. Check out this video our students put together from an event they organized on their own!
Leadership Development
Immersive Leadership Development equips our students with the essential core competencies which will help them thrive at Vertical Immersive as well as in their apprenticeships and transition to the workforce.
We believe when students are given clear expectations regarding performance expectations and given the opportunity to identify their current skill level, determine focused ways to improve and apply the skill, they can grow and meet the expectations.

Real world work experience
From the first semester at Vertical Immersive, students are given real projects, and work with real clients to meet marketing and business objectives. Students run meetings, manage work, collaborate on interdisciplinary teams, and learn how to pivot and regroup when something unexpected comes up.
While the projects are student led, our students are supported by our team of facilitators, who tie coursework together with leadership development, the practical applications of story telling, business development, marketing, and visual communication, all under the umbrella of fostering a Kingdom mindset.
