vertical immersive Program
Go beyond a degree, get the experience employers want.
The core Vertical Immersive program is completed over 2 years, with an optional 3rd year full-time paid apprenticeship.
Year 1: First year students (Climbers) take immersive classes Tuesday-Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters. Students work with real clients, explore career interests, and prepare for their second year apprenticeships.
Year 2: Second year students (Scalers) secure 32 hour per week paid apprenticeships, with immersive classes on Fridays during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Year 3: (Optional) Students can continue with an advanced paid apprenticeship or a spot in our business incubator or ministry program.
Graduate with a resume boasting real-world work experience, and a portfolio to prove it!

These areas of focus are intentionally woven throughout all classes and events, and reinforced through individual coaching and development.
Third year students gain a year of real-world work experience in a paid apprenticeship, with continuing coaching and developmental support from our staff within 1 of 3 Pathways: Entrepreneurship, Business, or Ministry.

Students develop an understanding of who they are, their role in the work of building God’s Kingdom, and gain the tools they’ll need for a life of ongoing transformation and joy through Christ.

Students gain a year of real-world work experience, with continued coaching and support from Vertical Immersive.
Year 3: Pathways
Entrepreneur Pathway
Students join an incubator program where they launch and grow a real company, aiming to achieve a sustainable income by the time they graduate.
Business Pathway
Students apply for an apprenticeship at Vertical Studios or with an external business in their chosen field, positioning them for permanent employment.
Ministry Pathway
Students undertake a year-long apprenticeship at a church, applying their knowledge in that setting. Or they can work in a Business as Ministry or Missions (BAM) environment, preparing for full-time mission work within a business context.
